24 November 2025I sent this to my daughter for the arrival of her baby boy. She loved it. Quick turnaround time. Had to call the store just to check whether it will be delivered on time. The customer service was very polite and assured me it will be delivered on time.

22 September 2025I made this selection to be delivered to my Aunt in Sterling, VA for her birthday. I did an online order on Saturday afternoon for Sunday delivery. I ordered the 'extra' flowers for slightly more money. I want there to see them but they were delivered Sunday afternoon as expected and my Aunt called me to say that my Uncle could not carry them up the stairs, he had to place them on each step by step, they were big and have l heavy. My Aunt was overjoyed with them being so big and beautiful. She said the loved the sunflowers and they just completely brightened her day. She also said they looked great and she expected the arrangement would last a long time!

12 December 2025The Good: The flower was delivered on the same day as I placed the order. I requested a different vase, which was provided. I tipped 12%. i received email notification to confirm order, order out for delivery, and order delivered.
The Bad: The flower was dropped off after dark at the neighbors. The receiver was not notified of the delivery even though i provided all of the deliver information.
The Ugly: The flower was not fresh and showed signs of withering. The greenery leaves had holes through out with signs of being eaten by pest/bugs/beetles.
I have pictures but cant figure out how to transfer them from the cell phone to the computer. my devices are not connected.
Thus, on a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate a 3.
Would I recommend; no. Would I buy again; no.
The florist may have corrected the issues. However, I did not call the florist. I did not ask for a refund or credit. I did not return the flower. I expected better service up front.
